National Geographic has announced winners of the 2018 National Geographic Photo Contest from nearly 10,000 entries. Photos were submitted to three categories such as Places, Wildlife, and People. The top award going to a haunting photo titled Unreal.
This year’s grand prize winner was Jassen Todorov, a violinist and professor of music at San Francisco State University, whose aerial shot shows a vast boneyard in Southern California’s Mojave Desert.
